Sometime, Somewhere

Somewhere in the sphere of time
Beyond the hour that is mine
There is a love awaiting me
In echoes of eternity

Our paths this time were not the same
He has no vision of my name
But he is quietly aware
That somehow I will meet him there

There between the great divide
Of heaven and earth, on either side
We’ll know at once the presence of
The splendor of a destined love

Some time in future’s other place
We’ll come together face to face
Eye to eye and mind to mind
Two hearts will know the honored time

He patiently awaits for me
On other shores beyond the sea
In silence of life’s interim
I patiently will wait for him

Wow, this is really good. I am honored to be the first one to respond to this. Nice job and keep up the good work.

Elizabeth,
You never responded to this poem so if you missed it i'm sending it here. This poem you wrote is a treasure.

     Sent upon the wind

Twilight layers the azure lie
Euphoria spreads the sky.
Whispering censure in the breeze
Talking to the brooding trees.

Standing o'er the forest green
Shaking leaves at things unseen
Filtering light in wild coquette.
Kismet of illusions net.

Read the sounds upon the vale
Listen close to breaths inhale
The symbols hieroglyphic swell
The weeping deep within the shell.

Twilight plays a subtle mean
It speaks of things that are for glean.
My heart is full of verse and sign
I can but treasure it as mine.

Rest well within the gardens scene
Forever, rules my mystery queen.

Love Sy

Absolutely exquisite - I can pay you no higher compliment than to say I wish I'd written it myself (genders switched of course) And of course it speaks to and for me.
