No...I Don't Simply Love You

I Love you...
at this moment those are the easiest
words for me to say.
Three words to describe my feelings perfectly
as they give my heart away.
Hope you know I
can't stop the flow
when these desires and feelings
well up in my heart.
I have tried my best to give
these feelings a rest
than I walk in the door
and adore you once more.
I try so hard to hesitate
yet those words soon flow from my lips
the same as before.
Just last night I tried with all my might
to convince you
you're the woman I Love and adore.
I loved your reply.
You told me to look into your eyes
and to tell you exactly what I see.
To tell you honestly from my heart
I could see me loving you
but I still want to see you loving me.
Still I appreciate the words that flowed
from your heart just before we parted that night.
At first I thought you said it was too soon
for our love to grow.
Yet when I ask you to say it again
you told me the words you spoke
were "soon our hearts would know."
I Love you!
No...I don't simply Love you!!
I really Love you with all my heart and soul!!!

YOU TELL HER!!!!!!!   So true here, you can never just "simply" love.....it is so much more.

James,
sometimes, you just have to give it all and lay it all out on the line. . . you have done that with this poem. . .

Excellent. . .

James, that is so good. What a brilliant shining example, you are to all those who don't let it show. Thank you for the pleasure of your poem.

Hi jmlee12345,
Tell her james, tell her good, as you have in this writing. You always manage to tell a story about yourself, and very well, I might add.

Thank you Tony, Jenn, Hoot Owl, Sven, Marsha, and Bill for the wonderful comments.
I appreciate them very much.
I have rairly done this...but the second time I was with Lena I could not help myself...I told her I Loved her...softly and sincerely...it was the way she looked into my eyes...those lovely eyes.
I am hoping for a serious relationship with her.  I have at least three women that I adore right now...all only friendships...so much beauty, personality, and sensuality all around me and she always remains number one in my heart and thoughts.  I have told her not to make me wait too long..Her message to me is "soon".  James

Paula I realize one persons soon could mean five minutes and anothers could mean years...she told me it would be this year...and she told me soon..
perhaps she is lying...
still I would never demand anything from her.
If she cares for me she will find the desire to come to me...if not I must accept the desires of her heart...Love is precious...we must not demand or rush Love.
I still have hope...I have told her not to make me wait too long...James
