Close your eyes gentle love
Escape from the cares of day
Let the song
             of evening's last dove
Serenade you along the dreamer's way

Open your mind tender heart
As your melody floats along
Let the words
             of gentle power start
Carrying you away on wings of song

Rest your body sweet sprit
Take my hand and hold tight
Let the sound
             of our heart's dearest
Be the only music this night

Would that even one evening might reflect this treasure, my friend. A tender shelter in which to dream...
