The choices we make and the things we do, The ups and downs that we go through, Are all part of the cycle of life we live. Teaching us how to love and how to forgive. The company we keep and the friends we make Will walk with us down the paths we take. Value and treasure all those bonds. For one day, they will all be gone. What will they say after we are dead? Will they say kind things, or something else instead? The impressions that we make today Will stay long after we go away. |

This is such a nice poem...it's so simple and tells of a simple truth of life, yet so many of us barely comprehend it, or if we do, we just ignore it...I read your poem and all I can do is shake my head...this is a great poem, I enjoyed it a lot  |
