Leaving behind the effervecent night
as the moon drops from the skies.
Stroked with the mist of morning dew
and the sun begins to rise.

The bumble bees and butterflies
    hover and flutter all around.
While the warble of the meadowlark
    resonates a wonderful sound.

Standing in an open field
    of daisies growing there.
A gentle breeze is blowing
    and music fills the air.

As spring turns into summer
    and summer turns to fall.
It never ceases to amaze me
    the beauty of it all.

What a nice relaxing poem.  I have read so many poems here about love and loss and I believe it is refreshing to read something a lil' bit different   nice poem indeed

Oh, what a special touch to this beauty !

'The bumble bees and butterflies
    hover and flutter all around.
While the warble of the meadowlark
    resonates a wonderful sound.'

I just want to run to the meadow
and collapse in serenity !
WONDERFULLY RENDERED !
