Writing poetry is such fun, Each one is a special one. Some take a time to write. As I try with all my might. Having M.S. has changed my ways, I struggle with it every day. Though it may not mean a great deal, Poetry allows me to express how I feel. This all helps me to fight and cope, While I continue to have hope. That one day a cure will be found, So this disease will no longer get me down. Research continues to search for a cure, Which would be a triumph for sure. You are special already, just by being Mark's sis...and the poem was full of my favorite thing, Hope. I have two wonderful friends with MS...it is a devastating disease, but they are two of the most beautiful people I know...my wish is yours, that someday a cure will be found...keep writing and I'll keep responding!! |
