It seems the time has come at last
To tell you how I feel
To bare my soul, to show you that
My feelings are so real
When driving on the highway
The road I see ahead
Is always trying to lead me
To the place you are instead
Instead of where I’m going
For where you are is where my mind is
I’m yours more than I’ve said
To express with words your feelings
Is a very precious way
Of finding what you really are
Behind the part we play
You say it’s wrong for me to wait until you know
But without you time stands still
I’ve no place I’d like to go
No one I’d like to see, no person could compare
To the wonder that is you and me
This is all that is ever there
I am because of you

I love this poem. I can totally relate to the feeling of loving someone sooooooo much. Hope to read more of your stuff.

Ahh, my friend, when we love, we wear our hearts on our sleeve and I would'nt want to be any other way. We give our all no matter. Wonderful capture of emotions..

This poem was cool. I enjoyed reading it but it hurt to read it somewhat 'cause the reality of someone not loving you back when you exude all your efforts...it's sad. It was a good poem. Nice job
