Once a standard for life
that fell with grace
towards an obscure serenity
that would always take place.

Of what he had become
was all but a memory
though nights alone in bed
could fool all of those dreams.

To which has been said
that the mind can persist,
and be ever faithfull
to a love, another does kiss.

This is great!! Very powerful lines full of emotion.(Sad)

"Once a standard for life
that fell with grace"

"To which has been said
that the mind can persist,
and be ever faithfull
to a love, another does kiss."

Ahh Michael,
You are so compasionate.........so full of good. My heart is saddened by your words for more reasons then I can say. You stun my heart in what you write.
