Cinquains For A Winters Day

To Love
To warm your heart
To say the words with touch
To know that every feeling is
Special

Special
Hearts, one to one
Beat each others rhythm
Lifeline needing, constant feeding
To Share

To Share
The Hushing sounds
Of silent offerings
Gifting in tenderness, to each,
Their Love

Their Love
Affectionate
Never wavers in cold
Seeks the flame of passion, to light
Each Night

Each Night
In arms, beheld
A richness, one embraced
Just a glimpse of eternity
To Love

(a cinquain round)

will you stay in the sea forever
Drowning there for all eternity? ~Live

Maureen, one of my best friends has been adopted by your country. LOL. So all things Australian bring back loads of memories, anyway I am going stop myself from reminiscing about my friend who I haven't seen in almost a year. A big AAHHHHH from the crowd. A wonderful poem, beautifully written.

Very well done...looks like a lot of thought and work went into these.
