      Tossed into the sea

A world of magic fell in line
When I was yours and you were mine.
A realm was made in timeless time
For you and I in verse and rhyme.

There was no sun, no moon, no stars
Only enchantment that was ours.
A world of feel and touch and flight
That formed a sphere of mystic light.

A meeting of two butterflies
That danced and spun a lullaby
Into a sphere of magic sweet
Suspended till again they meet.

And endless is this myth of bliss
That lingers on her touch and kiss.
Her essence made a new world light
And one I dream of ever night.

A Shangri -la that melts away
But lives forever and a day.

Seymour,
I believe this is the first writing of yours that I have had the pleasure of reading. I am very glad that I came by. I love the way you put your words together in this poem of yours. I will look for your place once again.

Seymour~
How graceful is your offering -
Oh my !  This is stunning.

'There was no sun, no moon, no stars
Only enchantment that was ours.
A world of feel and touch and flight
That formed a sphere of mystic light.

A meeting of two butterflies
That danced and spun a lullaby
Into a sphere of magic sweet
Suspended till again they meet.'

Lyrically lilting verses!

Sy, so now I know
who made the light
the magic of love
the twinkling so bright...

twas you! and in all splendor be
the one who spins reality.

Both stunning and serene, Seymour. I could have sworn I had responded to this already, but I must have dreamed it.
