Somewhere On The Brink Of Time
~*Marge Tindal*~

Somewhere on the brink of time,
I will awaken in the throes of your embrace.
Held in the serenity of your smile, so sweetly graced.

We'll hold eternity, as we hold our breaths.
Making the most of the space we share,
somewhere on the brink of time.

A fraction of your attention seems an eternity.
You capture me in your spirit, lilac-laced.
Held in the serenity of your smile, so sweetly graced.

Gone from my thoughts you will never be.
Forever is just far enough to reach,
somewhere on the brink of time.

Phrases of rapture soothe the spirits crying.
Sung of moments entwining, a melody returns the song.
Held in the serenity of your smile, so sweetly graced.

Strolling paths strewn with rose petals of unity,
I will linger within your sacred glen.
Somewhere on the brink of time,
held in the serenity of your smile, so sweetly graced.

~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~

Marge this is utterly divine, I love it, as I do all your work. But this is particually beautiful. It deserves armloads of bouquets, but since I can't send them to you, I'll give you an ovation instead. Bravo
