        Walk into my arms....
I will keep you safe and warm..
When the clouds begin to gather..
I'm your shelter from the storm....

        Lay your body down....
I will ease your cares away..
I will be right here beside you..
        Be it night or day....

        Look into my eyes....
I will show you what's inside..
You can read my every thought, my love..
I have nothing there to hide....

        Taste my waiting lips....
Let me kiss you with desire
Melt the cold and lonely hours..
With the heat of love's sweet fire....

        Take me to your heart....
That is where I need to be..
And you will need no longer..
If you give your heart to me....

I have but one goal in
life.........
To make you smile!

Sunny1,
If there was ever a poem that I connected with and felt within this is it. I loved it completely. I would even try and pick the best but its all too great. Penned perfectly.

Hello James....

       Your understanding is most welcome,
and so is your reply.....I thank you....
A poet can write the words, but they
mean nothing if the reader cannot see
  through to the meaning.
           Thank you.......

Auguste...
Thank you!! Yes, I think romance
will be alive as long as artists
(that includes writers) keep it that
       way, don't you?
           Long live romantics!
