I love you
like a flower wilted
waiting patiently the
droplets of
your rain

dry-mouthed
and alone in  ghostly
darkness, my only comfort
is the soft pearly lustre
of  the moon

oh how it resembles
the milk of your skin,
the proud glow within
flame-driven eyes of you

I ache
to be the hand that
bathes you within her light,
the kiss that drinks the crush of
your breath

but alas, I'm merely a
petal

  fallen

Ah! Angel of Darkness....

What surreal beauty, and what pleasure this poem brings to this reader....

Ah! the pangs the ache is so much felt...

Wonderful,
regards,
Sudhir

How gently you fall ...
petal of delight.

Luciously lovely.

Ah the black rose which grows in the darkness is made more beautiful by the absence of the light.

My precious petal blown on th breeze
never stopping to see who loves thee
On and forever you travel from me
My pecious petal riding the winds and seas

From beauty have you come
The Rose in the garden of the night
To beauty you will find in the garden of  light
Yet still you gently travel on the breeze

Stop a minute,
take a breath,
and see the love in me

Oh Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling
From glen to glen, and down the mountain side
The summer's gone, and all the roses falling
'Tis

Has a forlorn sensuality that makes me want to take away the longing and be the moistness in the kiss.
Wonderful Maree.
