Peace
By: Amy M. Kennedy

I know the words of this song
I think Iíve known them all along
The words of my soul

A familiar feeling is washing over me
Thing becoming clearer, I now can see
In the light of the morning

I know this tune in my heart
I am happy now, at least this is a start
Feeling at peace with myself

Itís a new day, a new beginning
Perhaps today will have a happy ending
My heart is smiling

A calm surrounds me as I close my eyes
I know things are going to be okay
I smile and let out a sigh

Let me sigh with you amy-girl
*SIGH*

very pretty poem amy..and perfect rhythm and flow...and so peaceful..
so just remember to take your own advice and *breathe*...*smile*
later amy-gator,
love ya, jm

Well the sun sets gently on your shoulders
And it makes me want to touch you there.
And the light in your eyes makes me feel
Like there's something much better out there
Something kind...
And I know someday I might be looking around
Trying to find some purpose
Well purpose it can't be that hard to find
As long as I've got the wind...
The wind and your love to carry me.
