Pleasure, pain & pity
lights in blink
    heart
of the city...
Hand in grasp,
breast to be stroked--
    furnace
smolders down below.
    Ashen coal
potential--stoked--
promise made...
promise broke.

    Silence.
My lips move in jest.
    Absence.
Wish you all the best.
    Restless.
(just like all the rest...)
    Substance.
(May I pass this test...)

Mumbling to myself, this prayer:
"let it be, just once, I'll swear..."
Hope + Bliss + Destiny
equals sweet serentiy...
I travel, MUST,
on to wit's end...
Sacred trust
I'll find you there.
(I will be the one in tears,
I'll be the one still waiting here.)

sad but perfect poem of longing sweets.

Very well written, it speaks volumes.

It's fantasy. But if it contains a piece of me doesn't that make it as real as I am?
