And it all fell down
Crashing into the ground
A little cloud of dust
Was all that remained of trust
I fought so hard for my way
Just to be here make it to today
Were you some one else’s friend last night
As I stood alone in echoes of light
We could have had it all
If only it wasn’t for that fall
I new it was to good to be true
When I fell into all with you
Silence screams your name in my head
And your ghost still sleeps in my bed
Were you some one else’s friend last night
After we argued and I lost the light.

Effigy~
Well, I'd have to admit
I didn't get the title at all ...
but the content of the poem was
pretty cool.

Liked this line

'Silence screams your name in my head
And your ghost still sleeps in my bed'

Welcome to Passion's.
