As the Waves

Silent waves falling over a timeless world,
deep is the gaze in your eyes.
A wave cascades around my legs
and I fall to my knees.
After the wave has receeded back to the powerful sea,
A tear is born and falls,
then dies on the cold wet sand beneath me.
I sprawl myself across the sand
Hoping for the moon
and praying for my demise.
Your hand is cold now and so are your eyes.
Colder than the beach below us.
Your eyes close
and so does my heart as I let you go.

Travis~
Welcome to Passion's.
This is a BEAUTIFUL render.
The emotion of the tear taken
to the ocean is powerful.
Hope to see more from you for sure.

A very deep and profound good-bye.  What a poem!  A heart-rending experience.  Especially the comparison between this deepest anguish, and the enormity of the ocean.
