They were but two lovers strong and true
Fate interviened and it was not to be
So they made a fateful journey to a mountain high
Stood with tears in thier eyes and said a final goodbye.

Thier story is told in decades to pass
Who they are and why we are not sure
Yet when you stand upon the spot and look out into the sky so blue
You feel thier love, still pulsing true.

You feel thier pain as they know it is never to be
You know they loved so pure, they would rather not live alone
So in death they join hands and hearts
Knowing now, they will never be apart.
