(This is written for a friend of mine that is out of town...I am sure he  is fine, but if anyone would say a prayer it would be very much appreciated...I just worry so much..thanks everyone)

I wish that you were here right now
but since you cannot be
I'll say a little prayer for you
To bring you back to me.
I'll pray that God will keep you
In His arms so safe and  sound
And I'll think of you all the time
'Til you are homeward bound.
I'll look up at the sun so bright,
The daytime's sphere of flame,
And I'll gaze at the moon at night
And know you see the same.
Until the day you're home again
All prayers for you I'll say
And trust that God will bless you
As you go along your way.

Elizabeth...you know I am praying! Now calm down--you do worry too much--just try to stay positive.

liz this is a beautiful, sweet prayer...full of your gentle sentiment... very lovely
take care, jm

The stars shine so bright, now's the time
I close my eyes - soft wind touch my face,
Cool sand upon the place where I once kissed you
And held you close.
Now I will reach for the stars...
Because Oh my love, that's where you are...
Though the storms of black night rage on
I still see your face
I still feel your lips on mine
And though my heart feels all alone without you
I still hear you sing to me
I still hear your voice on the sea...

Thanks everyone for all the prayers. It means a lot to me, and when he comes back I will have to let him know about this! I just worry so much--way too easily, I know. But thanks again.
