      Wet

Thickly clouds
         of water drops
cover the dense
        forest floor

wild trees
     unaltered, peer
down through
tempestuous fog
     as
          I
             savour
   crisp
rich air
   closely curling
       my nakedness
against wet
   evergreen shrubs
of native land

hauntingly
    aroused within
      this ghostly mist
   I lay wrapped
         amorously
     wanting

             you.

This has the unmistakable feel of spring right after the snow melts. Good one, DA.

Angel, I love your passion; you communicate it so well.  Your choice of words is wonderful.  I feel the wetness dripping off of EVERYthing in this picture.  Really enjoyable stuff.

DA,
I just love the way that your poem "drips" with passion and sensuality. . . you always amaze me with the depth of your emotion. . .

Beautiful as always. . .
