There's no need to tell you
You're lost and  can't find your way
There's no need to show you
Someone has led you astray
There's no need to implore
What would be the point in that?
There's no need to be sour
That provokes needless combat
There's no need to hate
Haven't you had enough?
There's no need to escape
Although I know it's rough
There's no need to let go
I know you wish you could
There's no need to cry, my dear
Although you feel you should.
There's no need to give up
That would be too easy to do
There's no need to suffer
Even if you feel you have to
There's no need to allow this
This heartache you possess
There's no need to be sad
No reason to be depressed
There's no need for apologies
You've done nothing wrong
There's no need to disbelieve
I know you've done it for so long
There's no need to feel unworthy
You mean a lot to me
There's no need to repeat it
I'll just make you see....
Theres no need for me to mention
That you have given me strength
There's no need to say what you already know
But I will, I love you, and thanks.

You have a way with words that really touches one's soul. You have a very lucky friend, and sounds to me like you're quite lucky yourself. loved this title and loved the poem.
