I Believed in the Magic of a Moment

I believed in the magic of a moment,
When it crossed the great divide
I believed in the touch of wonder
When I saw your lovely eyes.

You spoke to me in whispers
With a feeling, I can’t describe,
And I longed to be your lover
This truth I wont deny

But, at this moment I have to wonder
Is magic just a fantasy ride,
And has the spell that I’ve come under
Lost its potions and started to die.

Will I ever know that flutter,
When your lips have just touched mine,
And will you ever be the lover,
I give all, just to here your sighs!

I believed in the magic of a moment,
And I’ll believe until I die ...
