The anger I’m feeling is so intense
The veins in my head are pulsating
Overcome by rage, I cannot even speak
Restraining myself from retaliation
I try to walk away, but to no avail
With fixed eyes and clenched fists
I lung into him with fire and brimstone
My hatred venting out inducing pain
With each strike, my anger increases
Once finished, I walk away
No remorse for the act I’ve just committed
For vengeance was mine

***ken,
Wow!
This poem certainly knocks a hard punch!
Absolutely fantastic use of language here.
That's gonna have me reeling for days!
Well done.
