Our posts reflect our love for you
And our worry... how we fret!
But Rainbow, I must warn you
You ain't seen nuthin yet!
I wonder what's it gonna take?
What plea can't you resist?
C'mon, get your butt back in here
For you are sorely missed!!!

Pepper and Suthern, how cozy
May I join you?
Wait a minute, someone's missing
Hey, who's missing here?
Well, seems like we're all here
But something is really missing
It's just not the same
Oh well, are we having fun yet?

I guess I have been sleeping here
seventy-six posts for rainbow dear
I think I was abducted by an alien
bitten in my buttocks by a scorpion

Seventy-six posts for rainbow dear
and she still wants to leave I fear
I wish it was as easy as nickelodeon
to have you see your our own heroine

I think I was abducted by an alien
who shot me with expired saccharin
it's wearing off and I can see clear
that we all desire you to stay near

Bitten in my buttocks by a scorpion
while you melt from us like margerine
a car out of control no one to steer
I guess I have been sleeping here

Whew...
just got out of the
Dentist in a nick of time...
Looks like a passions' world record
coming on here. See whad I tell ya...
There's something here for every
body, You can count me in
for the running.
OOPS I
mean

[sniff sinff]

A Samaritans Elegy

Samaritan’s everywhere in
lamented accord o’er the wearisome daz
never thought before on commending words from
any of praise only the needy passed their door these daz
sometimes the greedy came looking for more and yet always
found kindness freely and more mostly given to deprived lacking
and poor who gave their pledge to our wonderful Lord left behind
crumbs of God’s canting prayer never thoughts of leaving idle
facades around there pleasurable mannered souls delighted
in giving never pursuing dreary ways wicked aware
how chances of sin may follow their living
yet greedy misgivings of their
love was wrought and I
do attest at only a quarter cent given
or lost bridge and street folks wandered in lore
faces full of scanting not knowing the whole how the
wealth of such giving had fled and more while securities
short cut at the Missions door Samaritan poor was found
nearly dead and bent all curled in shock o’er lying floor
and doctors donated it to some bipolar menial disorder
while clergy lamented sore in sorrows mortal street
and bridges may well be clay but he did live
times and more and should have had a
time more shant today if only
to say how he’d wished
he gave more.

Well, never wanting to be outdone. . .RG, you can't leave!!!  This place just wouldn't be the same without you!!!  I just hit 1,000!!  You have to stay around for my next thousand!!!

Well, if you must go, know that you have touched the hearts of many here, and that you will always have a home here with us. . .in our hearts and minds. . .may that peace you seek be found quickly, and may you soon return to the home that you have been a keeper of for so long. . .

Rainbow you can go if YOU want to..but its kind of obvious that WE don't want you to ...so go if you must...but stick around if you may.  Only you can make that choice.. so listen to your heart and stay... or if your heart says to leave may God bless your way.

It can take a long time
to be at peace with your soul
it takes even longer
to work at becoming whole

I've just become fragmented
lost a chain or two somewhere
but running my usual program
isn't enough to get me there

I'm learning to scatter the peices
let the wind carry them away
to know I must decide to trust
myself again -  one day

HUSG

Thank you for showing your care
to be honest reading this made me cry
I'm sat here shaking my head
a glimmer of hope shining in my eyes

I know what I've written doesn't even begin to say what I feel or to express my thanks at all the beautiful poems or the time you each took in replying...I'm still shaking my head...I just don't know the words that say what I'm thinking or feeling...(I know, a female lost for words is unheard of..*g*..)  Truly, a big thank you from me to you!

Big HUGS/ HUSG

If a hug represented how much I loved you
I would hold you in my arms forever.

There's been a time or two
That I have read your post.
A time or two that you've done so
When I have played the host.
I've seen your kindness towards others
Along the passion's way.
So I'm here right now to ask
Please let this rainbow stay?

Your colorful hugs would be surely missed.

Rainbow,
All of us at some time must pause, step back, and take a look at ourselves, at our circumstances, or just at our life. It's like a cleansing of the mind and spirit.
Looks like you have affected a lot of people here at Passions.
Good luck, see you soon
Love and HUSG

Sadly, I have arrived too late! Cindy - it looks as if I will just have to work on getting this to stay at the top...

Don't you ever think of leaving here, hon - not ever.

We can't let you go anywhere!   You are our friend, and friends always stick together.  Lean on us, take some time if you must, but don't leave!

Here is something I posted a few days ago, and I want to share it with you again, RG:

The Sound of Angel's Wings

Have you ever heard
That softest rustling in the wind?
And wondered to yourself
Just what could it have been?

It is a sound that flows over you
Like the coolest wash of rain
And for some uncertain reason
Soothes your soul of all its pain.

My friend, you heard the greatest
Sound that nature ever brings
For the soft and gentle sound you heard
Is the stir of Angel's Wings.

So in your hardest moments
Taken a moment and breathe deep
Still your worried soul just slightly
Relax and let your heart go free.

And you will hear that softest rustling
Like a whisper in your ear
For the Angels are trying to tell you
"We are watching, have no fear."

Terry Woodson

Remember that you are much loved girl!

and I am all the better for it~

Look what I found

Roar foR
A rainbow panaceA
In full flow with a smile for I
Needs not to feel her goodness giveN
Blind faith in hope delivered freely with aplomB
On angels wings hugs well sent without malice or adO
Which begs the question why the girl smiles so seldom to so feW

Yes, I admit your general rule. That every poet is a fool:
But I myself may serve to show it. That every fool is not a poet.
