My Hearts Hope

I long to smell your cologne
upon my pillow each night
to know I no longer need dream
now that your are here and with me

I wish to gently touch your cheek
my fingertips softly brushing your skin
making your whole body tremble
with desire for me

I want to hear you say
we are strongest as one
and if we should part
lost would be your soul from within

I hope I can make you see
my heart has room for only for one
so tell me please
it is all my heart hopes

wow, very sweet and tender poem, lots of emotion and desire expressed well,
I have seen several poems like this today, I guess the poets are really full of passion in here (smile)
take care, jm

Now for me some words come easy
But I know that they don't mean that much
Compared with the things that are said when lovers touch
You never knew what I loved in you
I don't know what you loved in me
Maybe the picture of somebody you were hoping I might be

James, thanks. Yes it is different for me....a whim I think.Nice of you to take the time to respond to my poem.  In between Margarita's?? Well I'm sure you will be pleased to know our Canadian nights have been heating up since you've been gone!

Sven,I just wondered because you know that I am very shy and sometimes have trouble expressing myself.

Well Sven you know it is not easy for me to be so blunt and to the point when I am very shy.

Marina--

Who am I to disappoint?

I think that one would need to only go to Adult to see how shy and not blunt you really are!!
