             Shooting Stars
           glittering diamonds
        flames from distant dreams

I place these in the sky for you
when you see them think of me
know that I'm thinking of you

           blinking lights
beacons from my heart to you

Absolutely gorgeous, my heart is melting.

The tragedy of it is that nobody sees the look of desperation on my face. Thousands and thousands of us, and we're passing one another without a look of recognition.
