Six months past, you died.
Yet your phone machine says, "Hi".
Voice still so alive.

I can relate to this......it only lasted about a week before the message was changed though. Sad poem.

Nicely written.  Indeed an acute subject.  I lost a good friend this week (3-13-2000). Thanx for posting.....

To Melissa Honeybee,Seymour Tabin, dsnyder and INclan: Thanks for reading and commenting. This friend of a friend died about six months ago and his wife still hasn't changed their machine.

To INclan: sorry to hear about your loss.
