Another day passing Within this year Can you see it Way above my heart A glow throughout Yet tears flow down Trickling with pain A numbing ache You will never know How you made me feel You brought me up Then came crashing down Inflicted me with doubt You will never know how you hurt me That in which caused me to fall apart For I ran away attempting to repair the pieces What was I to do I neither knew your love Nor felt special with you I spiraled down without you It hurt to see you give away That part of you I thought I'd caught You could not belong to only me God is calling you away for all to see Wishing I could have stayed strong Love and strength was all I needed To hang on and persevere through it Lack of trust and faith destroyed me You felt like you were slipping away Never to return to me my way Now I am alone within my soul Not knowing where or when to go All I know is I loved you so Whatever happened to the fire that sparked That blaze that caught my spirit and heart All I see now is cinders Laying here dead on the ground *To the One I Love who will probably NEVER understand* I am not sad, just thought I'd let this out!! i have tried over the past few days to put those exact feelings down on paper but only came up with things that didnt map my feelings.You have done it SO well here.thankyou and i hope you soon realise that,if justin didnt feel the same then whats the point with hurting(like i had to) |
