Look at these hands
holding bundles of shame.
Forgive me for caring
despite my true name.

Look at these fingers
they tremble with fear.
Please go away
you're some how too near.

Look at these eyes;
they speak now for me.
If I were much smarter
I'd set this bird free.

Look at my soul,
for now you may know
that my hope grows restless
the second you go.

Look once again.
Try not to pretend,
that from my hands to my soul
I've met a lost friend.

look at this poem...
see how it moves me,
look at its gifted poet...
her words can set her free...

perfection from your pen...once again
take care, jm

Now for me some words come easy
But I know that they don't mean that much
Compared with the things that are said when lovers touch
You never knew what I loved in you
I don't know what you loved in me
Maybe the picture of somebody you were hoping I might be
