The Finality of Peace

A week hasn't gone by,
In these last three years,
When I haven't abused a substance,
To quell these tears,
The beast is dead, I will abuse no more,
For I am to find what this life is for,
All is now well, the road to hell 'tis,
Paved with good intentions, as heaven's road is,
On how we act upon these intentions,
It all depends,
The means dont always justify the bitter ends,
So it all ends on this day, now take it away,
Sign this final treaty, and be on your way.
