A Cheshire Grin, well how 'bout that
Fiddle dee dee, the Grin, the Cat
A cat with swing and sway
We truly hope he'll stay
He's a Kit-cat aristoCrAT

My dear an authentic Cheshire
What more can this Lady desire
What a beauty he is
He will be a real bliss
‘Round my shoulders for all to admire

I’ll let you have your Cheshire nap
Each day on this here Lady’s lap
A scratch behind your ears
A gorgeous grin appears
Never again we'll need dude-trap

This ‘Stute tree you may call your home
Personal Cheshire hippodrome
A Venus’s flytrap ?
A catnip for nightcap ?
You’ll be the PURfect CATastrophe

The cat grins.
Slowly the grin vanishes
Until only the cat remains.
DOH!

I really enjoyed this ... not to mention the cat above.

The tragedy of it is that nobody sees the look of desperation on my face. Thousands and thousands of us, and we're passing one another without a look of recognition.
