You sweetheart! *S* I hope your Mardi Gras is a happy one! And thank you, dear one... your poem is delightful and very much appreciated! Today may be the big celebration in New Orleans... but yesterday was the epitome of joy for this gal... SMOOCH!

Marge is absolutely right
This suthern is aglowing
Beaming, smiling with sheer joy,
Her happiness is showing!
Now ole Long John and Seymour
And that poetic Balladeer
Are sitting 'round together
"Wishing you were here"
And I know you'd like to meet them
And share their company
But I'm sure glad that yesterday
Was one you spent with me!

Sweetie, I'm guessing that you're having email troubles again... But your beautiful poem answered my major questions... and filled my heart with so much gladness! *S* I'll email you with details, but just in case you aren't able to get the messages... I'm leaving for my Dad's this afternoon to spend his birthday with him and will be back home tomorrow (Wed) night. Until then... SMOOCH!

Cool poem Toe, always wanted to go to New Orleans for some fine cajun food. Have a beer for me please.

Cute! Glad to see you and Ms. Suthern are celebrating together. I went to New Orleans once..came home with about 200 pounds of beads! You know how you get them don't you!

This is the best news I've heard lately. Toe, Suthern can get a mite cranky without a periodic Toe fix......so I've heard only. She's always been sweet to me but it's good to not take any chances. Glad y'all had a great time. I guess LongJohn's and my invitations got lost in the mail....maybe next time

Ahem!!! Balladeer is right... suthern needs her Toerag fix to survive!!! But she also gets a mite cranky when poems from a certain poet disappear or lose their length overnight, too! LOL
