Time Capsules

Yesterday,
the sky alert for seagulls
made a backdrop.
I did not question colors.

Now,
the breeze curls
torn pieces of poem
and tosses them.
I question the composition.

Tomorrow,
flirts with my ambiguous mirror
winking one mischievous eye.

The strom before the calm or the calm before the strom. I'm not sure. But I like it.

The ability to describe life with words is similar to painting a picture; both can be powerful tools.

Are you "tomorrow" winking..? I think you better give up some of those alcohol spirits or tell me just where are you getting those capsules...LOL, and when you mentioned "backdrop" I thought of ba-ba-bird dung and of all things you then seemed unconcerned about color. Nice...nice...very nice.

All our best...martie

You have such a unique style!  The end of each stanza has such meticulous meaning.  I love this.  Beautiful!
