The road of life is hard
for us all at any given
moment. It is our lack of
wisdom that deceives us.
It's our lack of faith and
strength that evades us.

Always conparing our selves
to one another not thinking
that they are in just as much
pain and confusion as we our.

Never quiet happy with our side
of life and always searching for
more as if more were they answer.
We were designed to handle just
the right amount of or own pain.

There is no such thing as Mr. and
Miss. Right, for their joys will
also take on shades of grays and
black. It's you that must decipher
how hard you must be on your self
and the color in which you to reside.

Remember the color black is really
all colors conbined together and
life in its conpleteness is the hard
times along with the good times.

I really liked this. I agree with you also. We as humans all suffer and feel pain. Just because its individulized and felt differently, doesnt mean it isn't felt. Thanks so much for posting this. Great insight, great poem!

Hi Martie and Aimster,

Thank you for your replys, I was kind of afraid to post this poem. Its kind of strongly stated. I find it hard some times when I see other people gaining so much solid ground and I seem to have to fight for every thing, so I needed to look at things from a different veiw point, some times it helps and other times it does'nt.

Thank you, Cerenity

Such wisdom you pen.  So many truths in so few lines.
I believe you have stated the reality of it all.  Well done!

Hi ... I tend to post most things in 'red'
Does this have any special meaning ... should I change colors ... or does it even matter ?
My bank tends to update my book with red too ... could there be some connection ?

'''Puzzled in Ontario'''

just kidding
excellent poem

Hi everybody,

Danny, Wisdom is a good thing if you follow through with it,
                 Were
                 I
                 Stand
                 does
                 offer
                 movement
If I would just start using some of it.

Denise, You wonderful lady, thank you so much, I seem to have alot of this kind of poetry and my life is filled with so many colors, but for some reason I get hung up on the grays and blacks.

Rex Allen, I post most of the time in red too. my favorite rose is red, and my bank is always in the RED,,, so I think you should never stop a good thing.

Thank you all, Cerenity

  Cerenity-1:

Such wise words indeed. This is inspirational. I have printed out a copy for myself, and will keep it in a drawer by my bed and when I wake up in the morning on the bad days, all I will have to do is read it and decide that I will live my life that day in a bright optimistic colour.  Thanks for writing such an insightful poem.  I, myself also use the colour red every time, what does that say about me?

Take care,
Melissa Honeybee

Very innovative to create a poem with these thoughts. Nicely done, Cerenity.
