It is with a heavy heart
I say good-bye
I can't even
look you in the eye

I don't belong here
I'm not in love with you
it's not for you
that my heart is true

How can I lie here
sleeping in your bed
while all night~ sweet dreams of him
play in my head

So now I must go
I must say good-bye
I'm sorry~ I can't even
look you in the eye.

Sad but true. It a difficult task to walk away from someone you know is in love with you. Very good poem.
