Lost in a day dream of my very own. And enjoying the solitude of this moment alone. A kaleidoscope of thoughts spinning in my head. As I envision the paths that lie ahead. On silent wings my heart did soar, As I revisited places I'd been before. These thoughts that float inside of me, Take me to times that used to be. How grateful I am for the time we shared. For there was a time that we both cared. I learned a lot along the way. It helped me to be what I am today. I have no regrets of the past. Though things between us didn't last. I guess those dreams weren't ours to keep, But memories of you are embedded deep. |

Thank you Walt. At times we are all lost in a day dream. Keep dreaming. Michael, thank you and just remember, no one can take those memories away. ~Eloise Beautiful poem and beautiful message. Its a shame that dreams just like everything else must someday come to and end. But on a brighter note...we are not limited in our number of dreams we have or make...the sky is the limit. Great poem! |
