Take my hand,
you'll be surprised
how easy it is
with nothing to hide.

Come walk with me.
We'll share some wine.
Remember truth--
forget old times--
when we were strangers to each other.

Let's find out if we are...
wishes land on falling stars...
Heaven can't be very far
when God's so very close.

So talk to me.
You make me smile.
Listen to the wind awhile.

Take my hand.
You'll be surprised.

Sure sounds like "serenity" to me.  Beautiful and warming words.

Serenity~
Now, this is beautiful.
I enjoy the way you traipse through
this 'walk'.

I was hoping this one would just slide off
the page...it is trite, and I know it.  But
thanks to you Sea, Michael, and of course,
dear 'mom', as always for the encouragement.

You may see this as trite - but I think it is dreamy and just lovely.

I find nothing trite about this poem ... It reads just right ... with a touch of class
and a pinch of romance ... makes one want to reach out

~Serenity

I didn't find this poem to be trite in the least bit. I found it to be a bit of fresh air after a already rough morning! Very poetic, very romantic. Two thumbs up.
