Able not to speak,
this heart grows weak
as if to die
courage is meak
when demons speak
in voices high

Forgone bliss
of an angel's kiss
chamber of doom
the things we miss
on nights like this
my crowded room

The blood-stained bed
of gardens dead
a demon's farce
when the things we dread
dance in our head
leave burning scars

a gathering of hauntings play
the consequences we must pay
for every sin
and the day
my storms go away
will life begin

I want to cling
to an angel's wings
hovering earth
witness the things
that heaven sings
upon my birth

The structure displayed here is very intriguing.
Enjoyed this much.

wow this whole poem speaks to me, but the last stanza gave me chills, I wonder if the angels will sing when I too find my rebirthing? great poem

I really like this ... I think I'll be back to read it again or two
