Have you ever listened to someone from the inside?
There is magic beneath this shell we call skin,
as there is an ocean of raging peace
resting in the spirit of every abandoned
sea shell.
If we listen, if we hear,
a crying wave of love recedes forever,
bringing back recycled miracles
to our polluted shores.

Native American prayer

I would call this poem "extreme".  The ending caught me so off guard - but is so true, nonetheless.  Great work.

This is...wow...I LOVED the imagery about the "abandoned sea shell"

Let winds rage, seas boil and years curse,
My love shal live everyoung in my verse.

Sorry I had to send this back up cause I am wondering if anyone can tell me what the meaning of an extreme poem is..

Thank you all for such nice comments too!
