They know where I am!

Glance

Glance at my glass
my smiling reflection
kisses your eyes.

Glance at my plate
blind of reflectiveness
it's duty just to hold.

Glance at my spoon
as it's warmth radiates
from coffee in it's cup.

Glance at my fork
the tines penetrating
the object of desire.

Glance at my knife
and watch as it cuts
delicately a pattern.

Glance at my napkin
as it falls gracefully
to the floor as I rise.

Glance at my feet
a journey abounds
if you care to follow.

So many moments and things pass us by unless we look closely at how important they are.  What a journey!  Really liked this poem!

My dear Crachet, sitting here all by herself
Glancing around, feeling sorry for yourself ?
Let us have some fun and maybe a dance
I will follow your feet with my dazzling elegance
I hear there's a band playing right next door
Let's get those adorable feet off the floor
Maybe a tango, or perhaps a Cha Cha Cha
a little twist, or a tropical Salsa ?

Lady, your a little late
the parties already started
I've been dancing for hours,
why don't you come on over
and grab a partner
and dosido.LOL
