I have been with my boyfriend for two years. I am ready to commit to him, but that doesn't matter. He isn't ready to commit to me. Anyway, this is how I feel towards him. Intimacy is something that escapes him I suppose. Lie down beside my side I can decipher what is on your mind Touching your skin makes me feel whole While next to your body I never feel cold The air you breathe exhales so easily If I were your air I could never leave I would touch your heart and fill in the void Drown out the sorrow you hold inside I want to always be where you are I’ll be the moon that shows the Light of your star You can dance like the wind on the sea I will be waiting for you patiently Blue Moon |

I can litteraly feel the sadness that you feel. Such emotions put into words. The intro has certainly added to the overall picture here. Well done. I reallly liked these words "The air you breathe exhales so easily If I were your air I could never leave" The ability to describe life with words is similar to painting a picture; both can be powerful tools. |

I love him very much. He is 32 with no kids and he has never been married. I am 25 with a 5 year old daughter. I am totally ready for a lifelong commitment, but that takes two. I have came to a point in my life that makes me wonder about "love" and what it takes. I love Joe more than any words could ever say. Thanks for reading my poem. Chris Blue Moon |
