Oh great! It's time to pay my income tax
This year I'm ready I have my Ex-Lax
How could I owe so much when I am so poor
Hush! The IRS man is standing at the door

Yes, you told me not paying is a crime
I'd cheat my country simply for a dime
How did he find me, now I'll have to pay
But there's no chance, he's hauling me away

I'm down on my knees pleading to the judge
But today, of course, he's holding a grudge
So they threw me in jail and lost the key
My cell mate is blowing kisses at me

A common criminal is what I am
I tried to do a job on Uncle Sam
Now remember if your to do this crime
Be sure to make off with more than a dime!

 Did Jesus laugh?
I think He did,
'cause He was once
a little kid;
and all of us
were made with joy
both sugar-spice girl
and snake-snail boy!

I'm shootin' for a quarter, minimum. At least you can get a mini-Baby Ruth bar for that at the local gas-n-go.

What do you mean, hauling tax worries into this little escape haven? hehe  Once I wrote a check to the IRS and one to the travel office for our Hawiian vacation, left, had a great time, returned and realized both checks were written on the same funds.  Sure was relieved the IRS was slow cashing, so I was able to quickly transfer funds to be covered!  Whew...almost
