14,000 Things to be Happy About (#s 33, 46, 55, & 69)

               THE MENU

Today's special is medallions bearnaise
(Somehow doesn't really thrill me.)

Our chef is proud of his roast boneless duckling flambe;
(You know, that's gross.)

We have cherry tomatoes stuffed with deviled ham--
(What maniac thought of that?)

What about thick slices of radish, pepper, and sweet butter on sliced French baguette?
(They've got to be kidding!)

(Hey, look at this corner down here.  Hot dogs, potato chips, apple sauce, macaroni and cheese, tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwich . . .)

"Hey, waiter, if I order from the kid's menu, can I still get the senior citizen's discount?"

*************************************************

There, I just knocked down four "happy" topics like tenpins.  I'll get to the end of this yet!

LoL, I sure do enjoy these Ted

 Did Jesus laugh?
I think He did,
'cause He was once
a little kid;
and all of us
were made with joy
both sugar-spice girl
and snake-snail boy!

Nice work, as always Ted

 I am not a poet, I am merely one who speaks in emotion
