Rape

That day you took something from me
I will never be able to get back
It was precious and mine
You had no right
Did you not understand?
Did you not care?
Where my words unclear
You made me feel dirty
You made me ashamed
I couldn’t love because of you
I couldn’t feel because of you
I couldn’t be happy because of you
It has taken me years to accept what happened
I hate you and pity you
You are worthless and a coward
You changed my life forever
And not for the better
My greatest revenge is that I am a whole person again
Because I am strong and will not let you rule my life

But ... I like the strong, positive statement you made ..

It took me a long time to feel this way but I am happy with my life now and have met someone who helps to make me feel special again

Catwoman I am sorry for the pain and hurt forced upon you. Its nice to read that you have found your strength to help you through a hard period in your life. Such a tragedy that someone can cause so much hurt in just some brief moments in time and yet it can take many years to heal and recover. Take care. James

Thanks James,
It happened long ago I wish I could say I have forgotten it but that will never be. However I have accepted it and moved on and I can truely say I am stronger because of it.
