   Your thoughts meet mine
   like quartered rhyme.
(If I could dance, I'd dance for you...)
   Wish you could play piano,
so I could sing the blues.

Wish I could take my pen--
   re-write the truth untrue.
Wish I could light a candle,
   and incantate "Undo..."

   If I could summon angels,
I'd send every one to you.

   If you would play piano,
I'd have no need of blues.

Thanks again for the encouragement.  I'll have to offer something a little more upbeat, but even my humor comes out dark.     But fear not Rex, I'm okay, and all of you guys are great!
