Love Let Me Not Hunger (acrostic)

Listen to these dear and heartfelt sighs
Over the gate and into the blossoming
Venture of sun drenched flowering where
Every branch is reaching into bud

Leave me your honeyed stem for
Early is the season and I am hungry for
This salve of dew in crystal light performing

Mulch this tangle of leaves decay
Enter them where a flower starts to grows

Never has this perfect day moved faster
Or have we been so brilliant
Together seeking earthly pleasure

Hold me now in ransom sweet
Usurp this winter window and its
Need for painting cold and dangerous frost
Glorious was this perfect day that
Ever answered the question that
Rising took toward sky of perfect hue

Acrostic graceful, phrases fine,
And flowers bloom in ev'ry line;
Such vibrancy your words imbue
With pallette of the brightest hue.

A wistfully sighing well done, Martie, on this lovely piece.

--Kess

 Full fathom five thy father lies,
Of his bones are coral made,
Those are pearls that were his eyes;
Nothing of him that doth fade
But doth suffer a sea-change
Into something rich and strange...

Marge--Thanks for that big wonderful.  I guess you could tell I was a little unsure of myself--oh, okay...alot.  I don't bend easily to form.

Kess--Thank you for the lovely verse--such a thoughtful reply.

A sweet, sweet, love wrapped around a clever acrostic. Very well done, Martie
