Elizabeth, my friend- Are we the only two people in the world awake ... reading and writing poetry. This one is beautiful ... like you pour out any other kind ! Hope God smiles on your day, as He has smiled on mine. Love ~*Marge*~

Im very impressed. I wish more people could think this way and express it just as beautifully as you have. You justly understand that truth lies not in what we see or want to see, but in how we distinguish each other's heart. But not only do you understand this, you also glorify it through learned words.

Liz - another terrific peom, and purely written from a woman's perspective. But... well, you know us men - we still need a peekshure..errr..picture to help us get the full impact of your poem. Nothing too revealing, mind you... a little frontal nudity just so we can see your heart *innocent, naive eyes* - lol
Safwan - your response is terrific poetry - so well stated and sweet - great job
WOW! Once again this is a very touching poem. IT does show that MOST men are purely insensitive and only care about the outside being. I care about the inner being and when I do care about the inner being is when I get hurt the most. Oh well. Good luck on your future poems

Elizabeth -- this is absolutely beautiful! "Love me for who I am"... those are words that everyone should heed. Hopefully those that have read this have grown a bit wiser! It seems so easy to love you for who you are -- your words are enough to fall in love with! And Safwan, I don't want to leave you out, I agree your poem was also beautiful -- I also agree that it should be posted!
If you love something, set it free, if it comes back to you, its meant to be...
