Greetings I say to all of you
Of the Open number Five--
What I will say next is true
And this I hope I survive...

There are those that have said to me
That I am quick to write.
This poses a goal I can see
And it presents me with a plight...

Since I'm so fast, I've decided to welcome
All the new members that post first here;
I hope to get them all, and miss very seldom
And attempt to relieve some fear.

So, what say you all, to this crazy dream?
I know the road ahead will be rough
If I really try this, insane it does seem
But I think that I'm pretty tough.

Can I handle the load?
You just watch me!

Here I go...

Go ahead little dragon, be my guest.
That's a task, I would not ask of myself
Nor request of any other.

Yeah, Spryro, cut 'em off at the pass
And show 'em Nan's dinosaur.
Scare all those new rhymsters away,
Like we needed any more!

(And if *anyone* doesn't know I'm jokin' here, it's bared keyboards at dawn . . .)

You're a funny little dragon but at least you have fortitude. Go for it! We could probably use an official greeter. It's a daunting task. And I know I couldn't do it.
