dance, these people, among shadows. stumbling thru layers of dark corridors & deep recesses, they strike. creation of repression, lost ways, gain conformity & life fades away. no realization of existence in the first place. how sad it is to see them all chained to their fates, always abiding by the synthesis of things; awaiting death to take its toll. what an awful place to hide: beneath fear & regret- awaken to the nightmare of reality. no sense seen in tasting passion, breathing, day to day. yet they walk in streets of chaos with their cautious cell phones and nerve-calming cigarettes, valium still present in their veins: watching tape, kissing ass, & caged, all caged- but all too blind to see; to break free from this engulfing hysteria- bury conformity with repression beneath their floorboards, but at what cost? perhaps they'd get used to the smell... perhaps they'll dance among shadows. |

I like the rhythm of this, though you're complaining about caricatures and stereotypes, not real people. Just as long as you know.  Keep writing!Mike |
