My world is in mass confusion To Beg and Plead is only an illusion Alas, I say, No more The time Nears For My Soul to Soar My Heart Crumbles Yet Beats Fiercely The Passion stirs wildly within Pulsating along my skin My hand shakes, as the blood roars through my veins, I feel the heavy pounding of my heart As my soul awakes The very essence of me is alive and needs to fly to continue to restrain will surely cause it to whither and die I dream, Oh how I dream For when i dream my soul has wings Though the sadness of reality surpresses this fire inside My mind drifts far away to a place where only love and passion abide A Place beyond the stars, Beyond Heaven itself With every breath I feel you Your touch ignites me our hearts, our bodies, our souls at long last, soar as one |

Lil Lasey one - whatever you do, check your email for Denise's welcome. Wow! Thanks for the welcome! I love to read poetry and have a great admiration for those who do. I have never attempted to write anything. It was weird, so much still burning inside, however,writing did bring temporary relief. |
